Saif and Kareena
It was the much-awaited big fat Bollywood wedding of the year. Kareena Kapoor, 32, and Saif Ali Khan, 42, who were dating for the last five years tied the knot on October 17. Saif was previously married to actress Amrita Singh with whom he has a daughter and a son. After a registered marriage, newly-weds Saif and Kareena went in for an exchange of vows before hosting a grand reception. They exchanged vows at the Taj Mahal hotel in Colaba.
Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively
Wedding of Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively was the biggest surprise of the year. The couple which always went out of their way not to get photographed together kept their wedding low-key. Ryan Reynolds was previously married to Scarlett Johansson.
Genelia and Riteish Deshmukh
This cute couple has been dating since 2003 but kept their relationship under the wraps until very recently. Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza’s wedding took place on February 3. It was a traditional Maharashtrian Hindu wedding. Riteish and Genelia also had a Roman Catholic Church wedding the next day at St Anne’s Church.
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel
After five years of dating, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel got hitched. The secret ceremony happened in Italy on October 19. The media savvy couple sent out a statement saying: “It’s great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends.”
Rihanna and Chris Brown
It is official. Rihanna is back with her tormentor ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. After months of denying rumours about their patch-up, Rihanna put up a picture of her kissing Chris’ head. It seems they are now happy to flaunt their renewed romance. In 2009 Chris was charged with assaulting RiRi, his then-girlfriend after a pre-Grammys party.

Vidya Balan and her fiancee, UTV’s head honcho Siddharth Roy Kapur who had successfully kept details about their relationship under wraps finally posed for pictures together on the day of their sangeet. The couple is getting married today.
