Lindsay Lohan was arrested after punching a 28-year old palm reader at a nightclub in Manhattan. Tiffany Ava Mitchell, who runs palm reading salons, was allegedly punched by Lindsay Lohan, who has been charged with a third degree misdemeanor assault.
The actor who has starred in a number of Disney films is pretty famous for the troubled relationship with the law enforcement authorities. She has been caught driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of cocaine and top it all, been busted for stealing a $2500 necklace from a jewelry store at Venice Beach.
Lindsay Lohan’s latest trouble seems to have begun when she got into an argument with the psychic palm reader, Tiffany Ava Mitchell. Lindsay Lohan is believed to have said something along, ‘Give me my space’ and that soon escalated when she threw a punch. The incident took place in the same club which banned her from entering sometime this year after she tweeted about the singer and actor, Justin Timberlake, quoting that he was with another woman in the same club while dating Jessica Biel. Lindsay Lohan left the club soon after the brawl and was intercepted by the law enforcement authorities, who cuffed her and took her into custody.
She’s been to the court 19 times and another 5 times to the rehab. Now with the third degree misdemeanor assault charge that can revoke her probation connected with the conviction of stealing the necklace form the jewelry store, her career is at stake and her fans hope that she doesn’t fall into the downward spiral.
